Four ways to reach us

Fastest is the phone. Someone who actually does the work answers, so you can describe your yard and get a straight answer about whether it is a $900 problem or a $4,000 problem before anyone comes out.

  1. Call (727) 555-0100 — Mon–Sat 7:00am–7:00pm. Best for time-sensitive work: an install before a listing photo shoot, a delivery deadline, a dead lawn that's now an HOA notice.
  2. Text photos to (727) 555-0100 — usually the fastest route to a useful number. Send a wide shot of the whole yard plus a close-up of the worst area.
  3. Use the form — good for non-urgent jobs and after-hours enquiries. We reply within one business day.
  4. Email [email protected] — best for HOA and property-manager enquiries where you need insurance documents or a formal written quote.

What to have ready

You do not need any of this to call, but having it speeds up the quote considerably. A rough square footage of the yard, or just the lot size from your property listing. Whether the lawn is fully dead or just thinning in patches. Whether you have working irrigation. And whether this is time-sensitive, since that changes both scheduling priority and how we plan the sod order.

What happens after you contact us

We call you back to confirm details and book an estimate window, usually within 24 to 48 hours. On site we measure every area, check soil and irrigation, and recommend a sod variety for your situation. You get a written flat price before we leave. If you approve it, we schedule — typically same week for standard yards and one to two weeks for large lots or jobs needing significant grading.

Time-sensitive job? Say so when you call. Listing photos, HOA deadlines and event prep get priority scheduling, and we will tell you honestly if the timeline is not realistic rather than promise something we can't deliver.

Service area

We cover twelve communities across Pinellas County and the beaches with no trip charge — see the full service area list. If you are just outside it, call anyway; we regularly make the drive for full-yard sod installs where the job size justifies it.

Questions

Contact & scheduling FAQs

Usually within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in our service area. Time-sensitive jobs — listing photos, HOA deadlines — get moved ahead of routine estimates. If you call before noon on a weekday there is a reasonable chance we can look at it the same day.

Yes, and there is no deposit and no obligation. We come out, measure your square footage, check soil and irrigation, and hand you a written flat price. If you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing. We would rather give ten honest estimates and win three than pressure anyone into work they do not need.

We can give you a useful range from texted photos and a lot size, and for simple jobs like a mulch top-off that is often enough. The firm written price needs an on-site visit, because square footage, grading and irrigation condition are the three biggest cost drivers and photos hide all three.

Rough square footage or lot size, whether the lawn is fully dead or just thinning, whether you have working irrigation, and whether the job is time-sensitive. None of it is required, but it lets us give you a far more accurate range on the first call.

Our posted hours are Mon–Sat 7:00am–7:00pm. Outside those hours, leave a voicemail or send a text and we pick it up first thing. Texts sent in the evening are usually answered before 8am the next working day, which is faster than most people expect.

Standard yards are typically same-week. Large lots and jobs needing significant grading run one to two weeks out. Sod orders are timed to harvest, so a firm install date usually locks in once you approve the quote.

Only for the estimate and the final walkthrough. Once you have approved the price, most customers give us yard access and get on with their day. We text you on arrival, on completion, and immediately if anything unexpected turns up in the soil.

On completion, after you have walked the finished yard with us and confirmed you are satisfied. We accept card, check and bank transfer. Larger commercial and multi-day jobs may have staged terms, and those are always stated in writing on the quote before you agree.

Yes. Certificate of insurance, license number and W-9 on request, and we send them proactively for HOA and property-management work. Email [email protected] with your association name and we will get the paperwork over before the estimate.

Call and ask. For a full-yard sod install we will often make the drive to nearby Pinellas County communities not on our standard list. For small mulch top-offs the trip usually does not make sense, and we will tell you that honestly rather than quote a padded price.
